Prices exclude Spanish IVA (21%), added on invoices for clients billed inside Spain. Clients invoiced outside the EU are billed without IVA.

Monthly retainer, four tiers.
Monthly retainer for ongoing engineering. Hours roll over for 90 days; after that they expire. Cancel any month with 30 days notice.

Are these final prices?
They're what we put on the proposal. Spanish IVA (21%) is added to invoices for clients billed inside Spain. Clients invoiced outside the EU are invoiced without IVA.
How do payments break down?
For a Greenfield Build we split the fee 30/30/30/10 across kickoff, mid-engagement sign-off, launch, and 30-day post-launch acceptance. Modernization splits 40/40/20. Performance & Scale is 50/50. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.
What happens after launch?
Every program includes free post-launch care — at least 30 days, longer for larger programs. After that you can move onto a Care Plan, buy office hours as needed, or hand off entirely.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
Yes — we have standard NDA and GDPR-compliant DPA templates we sign at kickoff. We can also sign your forms if they are reasonable.
Do you take equity or trade for promotion?
No. We invoice in euros, paid by SEPA, card, or Stripe.
